Graphene sheet impedance from a Python Drude model applied as a surface-impedance boundary; 1.5–10 THz set simulated to establish EBL scaling limits.
Automated Python GDSII layout flow (replacing AutoCAD); gold antennas on Si/SiO2 with graphene feed-point integration for THz detection.
